Registration information & policies
A maximum of 100 entry places are available for this event. Entry
fees can be paid via PayPal or check. Entry fees paid by check will
only secure registration when check is received. In both scenarios,
(on-line payment or posted check) event coordinator will contact
the entrant via email to confirm the registration. All entries are
accepted on a “first come, first serve” basis. The order
of mailed entries will be determined by date of postmark. Entries
paid by check must be postmarked by July 15th for early registration

For the first 30 days of registration 65% of the available places
must be given to U.S. pilots on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The remaining 35% of the available places must be given to foreign
pilots on a first-come, first-serve basis. After the initial 30
days of registration the remaining places must be made available
to all pilots on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If the meet fills up before the end of the first 30 days, the Meet
Organizers must place perspective U.S. and foreign entrants on separate
waiting lists on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pilots from these
lists are then allowed into the meet if spots become available in
the same ratios (65%-35%). If the meet fills up after the first
30 days, but before the end of the 90 day registration period then
all perspective entrants must be placed on the same waiting list
on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Cancellation Policy
Before March 31, 2006 -$100 Fee
April 1- May 31, 2006 -$140 Fee
June 1- June 30, 2006 -$200 Fee
July 1 and after - No refund
