Welcome to the 2006 US National
Paragliding Championships
August 27 – September 2 in Sun Valley, Idaho
Great weather and flying conditions made for perhaps the most successful
and valid Nationals ever in the USA. A total of 5 tasks were flown
with a sum total of 460 kilometers, with a daily average of 92k
per task. On day 2, a record was set for the longest task ever called
and completed in US paragliding history, 125k! Complete results

Overall
1st Place ($500) Matt Dadam-USA (Gin Boomerang Sport)
2nd Place ($200) Brian Webb-AUS (Gradient Avax RSF)
3rd Place ($100) Dave Prentice-USA (Gradient Avax RSF)

1. Nicole McLearn-CAN (UP Trango 2)

Congratulations to Matt Dadam and thanks to all the pilots that
participated, who’s attendance and piloting skills help make
this a safe and successful event.
